Same forms, same steps at Gig Harbor and Peninsula. Finish these before the first practice. Registration stays in Final Forms; this page explains each step and links to it.

  1. Register on Final Forms

    • Sign in to Final Forms, or create a family account.
    • Register your student for each sport. One account covers every sport, every season, at both schools.

  2. Sports physical

    • Use the WIAA physical form.
    • Upload it to Final Forms.
    • A physical is valid for two years.

  3. ASB card

    • Every athlete needs an ASB card.
    • Buy it through the school bookkeeper's payment portal.
